We therefore take the opportunity on our website which presents our areas of activity, products and services to thank all our customers, partners, suppliers and collaborators for the trust they have placed in us and which they will continue to place in us year after year.
For several years, we have worked with optimism and realism, audacity and imagination in order to set up a structure capable of providing you with ever more quality in our services and guaranteeing technical and document traceability that you search for daily.
Rigor, the constant search for improvement of our products and our services will always be our daily life, which will enable us to build a strong and recognized image on the market for services provided to production equipment, analysis and testing laboratories, available in rubber and palm oil factories in the field of metrology, maintenance, equipment supply, training-coaching and in the organization of comparisons inter and intra laboratories.

OUR ACTIVITIES
Our activities are divided by group of products and services :
CEDCHPA Equipment, Calibration and Services
This group of products and services mainly consists of providing rubber and palm oil factories with equipment for production and laboratory systems.
For example, for natural rubber analysis laboratories, we provide various types of equipment with our various partners.
Wallace Instruments for testing equipment for determining Viscosity (Mooney Viscometer) and plasticity (Aging Chamber and Rapid Plastimeter) of natural rubber
Chareon Tut for roller mixers for mixing natural rubber samples
This service can be carried out in three stages which are pre-sales service, sale and after-sales service. They consist of:
- Pre-sales service: We support you in defining your specifications and offering you solutions adapted to the problems you encounter in the course of your activities.
- The Sales service: We provide you with solutions based on your expressed needs and the problems encountered in your activity
- After-sales service: We ensure the installation of your supplied equipment, carry out the various qualifications according to the standards and regulations in force.
We support you throughout the life cycle of your equipment through a service contract between our two entities.
All our services are always accompanied by Metrological connections with the issuance of a calibration certificate (see FDX 07 012) or verification report (see FDX 07 011) according to your needs

CEDCHPA Academy and Coaching
This group of services constitutes CEDCHPA training and support center called CEDCHPA Academy & Coaching. Being authorized by the FDFP (Fond for the Development of Professional Training) under the number FDFP/SG-D2EQPC/N°001-2024/NKP/AD//AL/eb,
We offer inter & intra-company training sessions and also for individuals wishing to have trade certificates.
These training courses revolve around the following themes:
– Quality assurance
– Standards
– Metrology
– Maintenance
– Certification & Accreditation
All of our training is provided by renowned national and international consultants. Our training catalog gives more details on the different training courses and the associated hourly volumes.
CEDCHPA Inter-laboratory Comparaison
In order to help laboratories demonstrate their skills for the analyzes required by their sectors of activity and the standards in force, our office organizes inter-laboratory comparisons according to the requirements of ISO 17043 Version 2023.
CEDCHPA Quality Control Laboratory
It manages laboratory and quality control activities for the natural rubber and palm oil processing sectors. It aims to be an independent laboratory.
